| under 250 000 € | 6% TTC with a minimum of 6 000 € |
| from 250 000 € to 1 000 000 € | 5% TTC |
| more than 1 000 000 € | from 4% to 5% TTC |
Added value tax of 20% is included in the agency fees
Our fees are chargeable to the seller
The agency fees include all the services provided : visits of the house, intermediation, negotiation and preparation of the file for the sale
All prices are to be understood as fees chargeable to the seller.
